The Enterprise Unit of the University of Moratuwa was proud to participate in IESL Day 2025, held on 29th March 2025 at the Civil Auditorium. Representing the unit, Ms. Amali Hettige, Manager of the Enterprise Unit, joined the event as a guest speaker.
In her session, Ms. Hettige introduced the Enterprise Unit to the University’s students, highlighting its role in technology transfer and intellectual property (IP) protection. Her talk encouraged students to explore pathways for commercializing research and transforming ideas into market-ready innovations.
The event featured six guest speakers, a keynote address, and a dynamic panel discussion under the theme “From Blueprint to Breakthrough.” The day brought together industry experts, academics, and students to celebrate innovation, leadership, and the limitless possibilities of engineering.
By participating in IESL Day 2025, the Enterprise Unit continues its mission to inspire and guide the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs within the University community.
