The University of Moratuwa and Gravity Edge Clean Power (Pvt.) Ltd. signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on 22 January 2026 at the University of Moratuwa to facilitate formal technical discussions and the confidential exchange of information related to a proposed collaborative initiative.
The Enterprise Unit facilitated the collaboration following a series of discussions between the University and the company to explore the technical feasibility and development potential of the proposed project. The NDA provides a formal framework for sharing technical information, enabling the University to support the preliminary evaluation of the project while ensuring confidentiality.
The agreement was signed by the Vice Chancellor on behalf of the University of Moratuwa. The signing ceremony was attended by the Director and Manager of the Enterprise Unit, while GravityEdge Clean Power (Pvt) Ltd was represented by its Company Directors.
The signing marks the beginning of a structured engagement between the two parties, allowing for detailed technical discussions and assessment of potential collaboration opportunities.
